I didn't start catching on until a few years ago, but I always knew something was wrong with the enormous national debt and the endless raising of the debt ceiling. Now I can really feel the train coming, and it's unsettling. I feel tied to the track.

I have an IRA, but I know it's just so much paper. I've always tried to invest my 'money' in tangible things, guns, ammo, real estate, etc. But it's hard to know what to do in the truth vacuum in which I find myself. Perhaps the old timers, that buried their gold and silver coins out under the tree, had the right idea.
