I completely agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I would go so far as to say that central govt. should be cut back to a VERY few responsibilities.

And there should be a VERY SERIOUS discussion about MONEY.

You asked for something to put some brain-power into: how about Why are the J6 people still in jail? Where is Trump? Why hasn't McCarthy done anything? Where are the loudmouth congress people like Jordan, Gaetz, Biggs, name more....Why are these people allowed to rot? Why not a trucker-lead shutdown of DC until they are free and allowed to sue? THEY ARE FORGOTTEN!!

Excellent write up. Brother Jonathan pointed out that gold, silver and copper prices were fixed by law to cause speculation with the Coinage Act of 1792.

People do not understand how the constitution protects their property rights because too few people have even read it, and many of them believe in Lysander Spooner’s quote which misrepresents the reality of constitutional consent.

States do not have rights. Individuals have natural rights. Consent to government is by voting. Whoever votes gives their consent to the person for whom they vote. The representatives, elected officers, are bound by constitution when they swear their oath to obey the constitution and purchase penal bond which binds them to their oath. If an elected officer violates their oath of office, then the bond becomes due and they lose their office. That’s the way bound by oath was intended.

Excellent! This all boils down to consequences. Tarring and feathering should come back in fashion. Then these self serving traitors would fall in line.

As I said in a discussion with you in the comment under the latest of your articles (2/16/2024) It is voter or citizen apathy, and inaction which is as much responsible for these abuses occurring.

It's currently de rigueur for individuals to post vids, comments and tictoks about strategies for avoiding jury duty (nullification being almost certainly the most potent weapon a citizen can yield against a corrupt judicial).

The only reason most citizens would entertain attending a city council meeting is to get an award for some trivial act of municipal service or virtue signaling. Attend a school board meeting or maybe run for a position? Forgeddaboutit.

I imagine a regular attendance for militia training is anathema to a populace whose idea of exercise is rooting around the bottom of a potato chip bag. (I stole that characterization from some anonymous commentor somewhere; I can only wish I was that clever.)

Yes, you do have a point that militias are our strongest weapon overall. The latest proposals out of D.C. and state legislatures calling for group training to be outlawed is evidence of the power of this threat. But, apathy, laziness, indolence and resignation are equal obstacles to the retention of the personal sovereignty of the electorate.

Nothing to disagree with. However, if I may, I will add a few other violations of the constitution and its amendments that seem to be all but unknown to most and denied by those who I have sought to inform of them.

FBAR, (Foreign Bank Account Report, not the actual name of the law nor the form used but I guess a nickname of sort.) requires US citizens (USCs) living abroad to report all their assets they have outside the US to US law enforcement if the threshold is met. Failure to comply with this 1970 law that had no penalties for ignoring it until 2009 (Going from memory here, might be a couple of. Years off but I do not think so.) now brings a $60,000 fine, adjusted to inflation, for each unreported account regardless of the balance of the unreported account. Oh, that’s the “Unwilling noncompliance” fine. It is levied against those deemed to have had no way to have known of this obligation. If deemed to be in “willful noncompliance” the fine is the greater of the following two; $300,000 for each unreported bank account regardless of balance or on half the highest balance of unreported accounts multiplied by three. Somehow, lawsuits against this fines for violation the “excessive fines” clause are thrown out due to lack of standing.

Now, FATCA forces every financial institution (FFIs) outside the US to spy on any US Person account holders with deposits in the institution. While the FATCA law provides thresholds, FFIs are not fined for reporting accounts that are below the threshold but severely for not reporting even a single reportable account holder. Thus, according to the FATCA from one of my banks in Japan that was compiled by the Japan Banker’s Association, every single transaction through my banks here in Japan are reported to the US. Notice, FATCA requires the reporting on “US Persons”. Good luck finding THE definition of that. There are several differing definitions, depending where you look.

Note that no “Probable Cause” is needed, no warrant required. Just, “Oh, you live abroad? You must report all your assets and all financial dealings to law enforcement in the US.”

I am sure there are a great many other violations todf the Constitution beyond what you have listed here and I have added. Might be fun to compile a list with readers add those that they have run across.

You need to rewrite the second paragraph from the end. Other than that, it's a pretty good article! If you want me to, I will make some notes about its contents to make it even better!

And here's the just oh so simple remedy to all of this insanity! So simple in fact, that it is hiding right out in the open, in plain sight for all to see, but virtually everybody is blinded to it!! Just expose the crimes that are being committed against us, and we will win, because there is NO justification anywhere at any time or place for committing a crime!

The legal system is the biggest and most evil crime syndicate that the world has ever seen! The legal system's Operators, Actors, Agents and Officers commit crimes on a daily basis, it is their job, their work to commit crimes against us, and then they get PAID for it all!! WHY do we let all of that insanity ruin our life?

What would happen, if even just 4% of the people who are forced to participate in the frauds and schemes and scams of the legal system, were to demand to see it in writing, that they have a guarantee of getting a fair trial?? Without that guarantee, every trial is no better than making a bet as to whether you will win or lose, but in fact, the trials are not fair at all, they are all nothing but a rigged up scam that is meant to only LOOK like a fair trial so you can get suckered into going along with it!! If it's not a fair bet, with a 50/50 chance or better of you winning it, why in the world would you make that bet? Do you like to lose? If you do, then you are the ultimate definition of being a LOSER!!
